The district committee sets the deadline for submitting bills and resolutions. These are due by noon on the established date.
All bills / resolutions must be submitted in Word as an attachment to this email address.
No bills / resolutions will be accepted from students. Only a coach may submit a bill / resolution.
If there is more than one submission from a school, the coach should prioritize all bills / resolutions. Only the first submission is guaranteed to be used.
Absolutely NO bills will be accepted after noon on the established date, and it is not considered acceptable to send out bills / resolutions, either by postal mail or electronic mail, after the deadline has passed. The committee has decided that there are no exceptions to this rule.
Bills will be posted to this web site within 24 hours after the deadline.
You will receive a confirmation email when your bill is received.
Bills / Resolutions for the first congress are selected from the bills / resolutions used in the previous year's national congress. No submissions for Congress I will be accepted.
