The Pennsylvania High School Speech League dues are payable directly to the state office. Dues are $50 (or $65 if you prefer to get the Communicator delivered to you in paper form)
The Pittsburgh Catholic Forensic League operates as part of the National Catholic Forensic League. Contact Beth Young for information about either.
